What is the typical shipping timeline for made-to-order pieces?

Standard shipping for in-stock accessories takes 3-5 business days. For made-to-order gowns and bridesmaid dresses, please allow 8-12 weeks for production and delivery. We recommend ordering at least 4 months before your wedding date.

Do you offer returns or exchanges on bridal wear?

We accept returns on unworn, unattered items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made gowns, personalized items, and earrings are final sale due to their bespoke nature and hygiene standards.

Can I request customizations to an existing design?

Many of our designers offer minor modifications such as strap adjustments, lining changes, or hem length. Please contact our concierge team before placing your order to discuss specific customization possibilities and additional costs.

Are the fabrics and embellishments of high quality?

Absolutely. The Bridal Edit partners exclusively with premium designers who use high-grade silks, French lace, and hand-applied beadwork. We perform a rigorous quality check on every garment before it is dispatched to you.
